Noir Primadona Purba is a lecturer and researcher in the Marine Science Program at the University of Padjadjaran. He is an expert in oceanography dynamics and also has a research interest in marine debris and marine instrumentation. Noir obtains his bachelor's degree in oceanography at the University of Riau, master's in oceanography at Bandung Institute of Technology, postgraduate in Ocean Science at Alfred Wegener Institute (Germany), and currently continuing his doctoral study in oceanography at INOS UMT Malaysia. He published a marine science book with the title "DInamika Oseanografi" in 2015 and actively written scientific journals and articles. In 2016, Noir with his team from MEAL (Marine Research Laboratory) had grants from the University of Padjadjaran to develop a marine instrument called RHEA (dRifter gps oceanograpHy coveragE Area). Then, in 2020 together with his team had another grant from UNDP in the AIS Joint Research Program with the University of Philipines Marine Science Institute (UPMSI) to develop an advanced marine instrument called ARHEA.
Ibnu Faizal is a lecturer and researcher in the Marine Science Program at the University of Padjadjaran. He is skilled in Sustainable Development, Environmental Issues, Biodiversity, Natural Resource Management, and Environmental Awareness. Ibnu obtained his bachelor's degree in marine science at the University of Padjadjaran, and a master degree in Ocean Engineering at Bandung Institute of Technology.
